Isn't this issue exactly the same as (or at least related to)

I talked to Erich E. Hoover about this one some time ago, and it seems like
wine doesn't care about permissions at all for processes (yet). The basis to
add ACLs for processes are these patches
https://github.com/compholio/wine-compholio-daily/tree/master/patches/13-Misc_ACL
which are still waiting for approval in the wine-patches list.
