New feedback

Using Ubuntu Utopic i386 + wine 1.7.20 + winetricks r1196

Start a new .wine prefix (set as default 'xp')
Install one by one in that order, from winetricks: dotnet40, corefonts, vcrun6,
msxml6
Download from Microsoft: windows installer 4.5 (2 files for 32 bits here) and
copy them, as is, inside /system32/ folder

After getting the ctrader/calgo exe from the broker or spotware, set wine as
'windows 2000' (have tested xp, w7 & w8 but they all fails) and run them with
wine:

the installation process works as expected and the program finally is launched
and works (need to wait for the FX opening hours to be sure about that).

What still does not works: even if the installation seems to be done well, in
fact, only a symlink is set on the desktop for each prog, but there is not an
exe ready to run. So the 'installation' process have to be ran again each time
(fake installation). I suppose something is still missing to get a full
installation.
