Same behavior here with Ubuntu 14.04 i386, Unity 7.2.0 and Compiz 0.9.11.

There are two workarounds here:
- Enable 'Emulate a virtual desktop' in winecfg
- Disable 'Allow the window manager to decorate the windows' in winecfg

Please check if the workaround works for you.

Note that please provide information about your distribution, desktop
environment and window manager in the future for bugs like these (bugs related
to window decorate, related to maximize, related to Z-order, etc)

It is possible a WM bug rather than a Wine bug. As Deepin Linux developer, you
are free to fork/fix the WM bug to improve Wine behavior :)
