Hello guys,
it seems that I've had a similar misplaced viewport problem with Commandos 2,
in my case the problem was fixed by setting: 
[HKCU\software\Wine\X11 Driver] 
UseXRandR="N" 

After this change in registry the viewport is placed correctly, although I
still can't force fullscreen window to grab focus automatically (until I click
inside the window I'm able to move mouse pointer on whole Xorg virtual desktop)


I'm using Arch Linux Kernel 3.15 x86_64
nvidia 337.25-3
