Hello ferjo,

1) You are using an severely outdated, no longer supported version of Wine 

-> upgrade to at least Wine 1.6.x, preferably 1.7.x

2) Never run wine as root (su, sudo)! Wine doesn't require to be run as root.

You will screw your WINEPREFIX and possibly other things up. If you have run
Wine as root you need to:

--- snip ---
$ sudo rm -rf ~/.wine­­
--- snip ---

and then recreate the WINEPREFIX as normal user by reinstalling the app and
rerunning winetricks recipes.
If you used winetricks script as root you might also need to:

--- snip ---
$ sudo rm -rf ~/.cache/winetricks/
­--- snip ---

Again: Just run wine as regular user and all should be fine.

I'm afraid, unless you fix 1) and 2) there is no way to help you.
As of now, the bug report is invalid.
