inACADSupportDir -> strSupportDir = Session.Property("CustomActionData")

There are some limitations on being able to access the session properties.
MSDN says these are only available to deferred execution custom actions,
immediate ones do not have access to it.
'CustomActionData' property is empty for this script action.

The installer failure is bug 31968 (textstream_get_AtEndOfStream method stub).
