[Bug 31113] Civilization V crashes after specific amount of game turns

Steam cache checks OK.

On selection screen for single player games, there is indeed no scroll bar
(I've used random in my two test games) and I can see part of an off screen
extra person. That seems a different bug ?

I used spys in both of my games, no hangs.
