Stefan told me he would look into a proper fix for this issue after the d3d
command stream patches, it will probably take a while (hopefully it will be
soon :)) meanwhile I suggest you all patch LoL with A-Metaphysical-Drama's
tool:

League of Legends no longer detects this patch as corrupt data so once you run
it once you're done.
