OK, I've made the following:
rm -rf ~/.wine32
sudo emerge -av =app-emulation/wine-1.7.15
env WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine32 winecfg
env WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine32 winetricks dotnet20
env WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine32 winetricks dotnet40
Problem still exists

I've attached a crash log below, but it seems same as earlier/
And yes, other (but native, not .NET) applications is working fine (especially
GTA SA/IV), even in 64-bit wineprefix
