Hello folks,

I can't reproduce this, the shell starts fine here.

Prerequisite: 'winetricks -q dotnet40'

You will also need 'winetricks -q vb6run' because of some plugin garbage
written in VB6:

Again: probably a broken prefix or Wine build (likely invalid bug).

Also don't report bugs using Wine wrappers, use plain Wine.

The shell has some errors (functional and gui) which will be subject of
separate bugs.
