Hello folks,

I can't reproduce the crash with Notes 8.x
There was some recent work in Active Accessibility runtime (oleacc) that might
have improved the situation.

The app might be still a useful test case for Accessibility API, because it
makes heavy use of MSAA, especially in "preferences".
