[Bug 16592] Ford service manual viewer fails to detect CD

Ok Appears there are a couple of versions of this software. The 1992 version I
cannot get to even load the files. That is what the bzip file is about. The
later version will load and execute but does not find the cdrom. Below is what
I get from executing from command line.
