I installed the program into empty prefix, I saw lots of mshtml lines,
installed ie7 via winetricks and I didnt allow it to install updates. After
retry I saw lots of 

fixme:nls:CompareStringEx semi-stub behavor for flag(s) 0x10000000

lines

I searched CompareStringEx from wine source code and I found this

and there is a comment

Exactly the thing that console is spamming when I am trying to run the program.

I have once seen the program drawn a window, which was basically just empty.

I don't know what I should do from now own.
