So it's definitely an improvement.
Even if the structure is internal and opaque to clients it doesn't harm if
Nikolay sends a patch in, maybe accompanied with a small test case that calls
SetupInitDefaultQueueCallbackEx() and checks the known member offsets for
expected data values (magic, owner, progress, msg)
