Hello folks,

no further response from OP, resolving 'fixed' (was likely invalid since OP had
'services.exe' crashing indicating a broken Wine or WINEPREFIX)

That's a different issue, probably with Mono and it's likely a post-install
issue where it tries to run (.NET based) service/helper.

This one is about main app running after successful installation (with MS .NET
Framework).
