Your Wine package is broken. Make sure you have libxml2 32-bit and 64-bit
dependencies installed.
Complain to the Wine package maintainer of your distro for the mess-up.
This is not a Wine bug.

Again: You guys are running broken Wine and possibly with broken WINEPREFIX.

If you override/replace components do that at your own risk but be aware this
makes bug reports possibly invalid.
