[Bug 24622] SolidWorks toolbox browser plug-in fails to register inside SolidWorks

Bug still present in SW2104, but now the standalone app works perfectly, while
the link with SW is still broken : when activating toolbox, an error message
"failed to create toolboxlibrary object" is displayed and logs shows :
