[Bug 18157] Approach Welcome diaglog missing

Hi Austin,

I finally got 1.7.30 to compile up without all the bogus config errors.

The missing icon view was the bogus error about libpng missing (it was actually
zlib).

This is a totally fresh install of Approach and a totally fresh WINEPREFIX.

This is my run string.

$ sh -c  "cd /home/tony/.wine-1.7.30/drive_c/lotus/approach;
WINEPREFIX=/home/tony/.wine-1.7.30 wine approach.exe"

And no opening dialog box.  Under 1.6.1, "File, Close" would bring up the
missing dialog box.  Now it just crashes.  I will attach a screen shot.

Shall I open a separate bug on the File, Close issue.  I ask because I think it
is related to this issue.
