Watchtower Library software is certainly not part of '2GIS'.
Don't reuse the WINEPREFIX for other apps unless you know what you are doing.
It makes bug reports potentially invalid.
If you don't know what this means, seek help in WineHQ user forums.
Bugzilla is not meant for end user support.

Provide exact steps to reproduce the crash on exit (menus clicked, maps loaded,
actions taken) using a _recent_ Wine version, preferably 1.7.30+
I couldn't reproduce this with a few runs.

$ sha1sum 2GISShell-3.14.9.0.msi 
c71fd412ee09285d9d0153fe28340ce36803cc2a  2GISShell-3.14.9.0.msi

$ du -sh 2GISShell-3.14.9.0.msi 
46M    2GISShell-3.14.9.0.msi

$ wine --version
wine-1.7.31-47-g516ed8e
