All it means is that Warden isn't currently running on the PTR. It usually goes
away shortly after a major patch has been issued only to come back once Warden
is fully active. Sometimes it's a day. Sometimes it's a week. Sometimes
Blizzard even turns Warden off to see how many cheaters will get lazy so they
can catch them all at once when then turn it back on. Probably isn't a good
thing that this error is a way of detecting Warden's activity.
