I have compiled winefile as a native application for Windows, because I wanted
to use it as a replacement, since winfile has not been included anymore in
Windows after WinME (16 bit version) and NT 4.0 (32 bit version).
The horizontal scrolling does not work on XP and Win7, so it seems to be a bug
of the application and not something elsewhere.
