Hello folks,

works fine here. You have a broken WINEPREFIX.

Prerequisite:

'winetricks -q dotnet40'
'winetricks -q vcrun2008sp1' (installer check, not due to Wine deficiency)

$ sha1sum SharpDevelop_4.4.1.9729_Setup.msi 
90d6a988ec1238be2e3a6952f251cdff057f64bd  SharpDevelop_4.4.1.9729_Setup.msi

$ du -sh SharpDevelop_4.4.1.9729_Setup.msi 
15M    SharpDevelop_4.4.1.9729_Setup.msi

$ wine --version
wine-1.7.31-135-g099bc21
