Not sure what you're trying to achieve here anyway.

Installing Windows printer driver CD to get your hardware to work won't work
with Wine.
Wine is not an operating system and doesn't implement the "Windows kernel"
infrastructure needed to support various kind of hardware driver classes.

The printer (cups) and scanner (libsane) functionality might work without
Windows drivers though - if the software is properly written and the hardware
recognized/supported by native Linux.

As general advice: don't buy hardware which is not supported by Linux (kernel).
Wine can't help you with that.
