Still present in wine-1.7.28.

Changing input letter works only for first time. Double clik on letter "K" runs
5sec count-down timer waiting for some other key for example "X". Then clicking
on other letter "L" does not run 5sec timer, but immediately replaces letter
"L" by letter "X" again.

On WinXP the 5sec count-down timer is run on every changing letter.
