Definitely not. Lynx uses XLiveless to circumvent the XLive DRM scheme and
didn't bother to tell about this fact.
I can easily tell from looking at terminal output/g00gle drive log.

To be clear: If you don't tell about *all* modifications, that is 3rd party
mods, official game patches/versions or even "unofficial" ones you can't expect
any support.
