Still in wine-1.7.28.

>From TotalCmd i run Regedit. Regedit's window receive all the keyboard input,
but visually looks like that it isn't active (window caption is grey). Even if
you move with Regedit's windows, it remains grey. You have to switch to
TotalCmd and back to Regedit and then the Regedit's window is visually OK.
