As the TabSRMM is now included in contrib, i downloaded:
 * miranda-im-v0.10.24-unicode.7z
 * miranda-im-v0.10.24-unicode-contrib.7z

Put the contrib's plugins & icons into Miranda-IM. I checked TabSRMM.dll in
Options -> Plugins. Restarted Miranda and no problems found. Marking fixed.

Feel free to re-open if the problem persist for you. But then please describe
exact steps, how to reproduce the problem.
