Still present in wine-1.7.29. Bug 26358 should not be closed as fixed, because
it still applies (actually duplicate of this one).

Regression was introduced by wine-1.3.12-196-gd491346:

    mountmgr: Add a stub implementation of ioctl 0x560000.


Revert on top of wine-1.7.29 fixes the issue for Office 2003 installer and also
for Ork.exe. One needs to be careful during the tests, because when installer
crashes, wineserver keeps running and that can ruin looking for bad/good
results.
