With wine-1.5.13, this installer has an error before completion. With
wine-1.7.29-57-gfbf2557, it completes successfully.

While I can't be sure it's the same bug, given that OP hasn't responded and (at
least) a similar issue was fixed, I'll assume this was. If it's still an issue
in current wine, feel free to reopen.
