Confirming with wine-1.7.29-57-gfbf2557:
wine: Unimplemented function ntoskrnl.exe.IoRegisterPlugPlayNotification called
at address 0x7b838ea4 (thread 0092), starting debugger...

I made a patch for this yesterday, in bug 36777. I'll send something in.
