can't reproduce, the installer works fine in clean 64-bit WINEPREFIX.

You most likely have a tainted/broken prefix.
Always use a separate, new WINEPREFIX for installation.
If it still fails, attach terminal output and backtrace.

Only the InstallShield engine server is 64-bit, the actual app is still 32-bit.
