L"C:\\windows\\mono\\mono-2.0\\bin\\libmono-2.0-x86.dll") not found

That's bug 35413. If you're using Fedora there should be an update that fixes
this for new prefixes. Otherwise, wait for the next release of Wine Mono which
should be soon.

(Not marking as duplicate because the original bug was different, it's just
been blocked by this packaging issue.)
