Thanks Andre, sorry for delay, ran out of time...

I doubt there is a app bug, because when I ran the app with native rasapi32 and
native rasman, I saw the below heap warnings:

 002b:warn:heap:HEAP_ValidateInUseArena Heap 0x110000: invalid in-use arena
magic 00555555 for 0x11a4c8

Native dlls still help, but maybe the app lives just by luck... Full log is
attached.
