logfile of terminal output with debug enabled

logfile with debug enabled using: 

WINEDEBUG="+ddraw,+d3d8,+d3d9,+d3d,+d3d_surface,+seh,+tid"

The log also contains messages from Steam as the game is started from within
the Steam library.
