I'm not reporting the bug with playonlinux, I am saying that I was able to
resolve this issue using it.

I would use normal wine (I know the version is old, but it's working where
1.6.x and 1.7.x exhibit this bug) if my distro had this version in their repos
anymore.  They have 1.6.x and 1.7.26.

The age of the wine version shouldn't have anything to do with this.  If I
found a version where this game is working well, then something in the newer
versions has broken that (for this game).  I don't know what, though.

I was asked, on the Anarchy Online forums, to provide this information.  I will
provide a log from wine-1.7.26 soon (this version was not installed via
playonlinux, it was installed via apt-get install wine).
