A small test case (test with caution since the pop-up will be opened too
quickly and will exhaust your system resource)

Added a test case for the issue.

The problem seems to be that in the new window wine iexplore gives the same url
as the parent one, so the original webpage was opened instead, and thus caused
an infinite loop.

The test case will only open one new window as desired in other browsers
(tested with latest Firefox, Chrome and Opera).
