Please retest in Wine 1.7.39 or newer.

I can reproduce the problem in Troopmaster 2015 (slow startup time,
unresponsive application) using Wine 1.6.2/1.7.38, but the problem is not
present in Wine 1.7.39 or 1.7.40.
