By the way:

* Audacity 2.0.6 seems to mostly work (it uses msvcr90), though with occasional
crashes - so upset 2.1.0 users who find themselves here should try that
* I was going to try to add the stub myself, but compiling Wine from source on
an Ubuntu machine you use for anything else is nightmarish ...
