For me the radio did not work whatsoever during my playthrough on 1.7.38, in
some cases selecting the DLC radio stations would cause an immediate/repeatable
crash.

The only time the radio did work was when it happened to be playing from an
NPC's stationary radio set-piece. Otherwise nothing.
