The installer from here http://www.mipony.net/downloads/Mipony-Installer.exe

Which now is 

sha1sum Mipony-Installer.exe 
3602e8a5b1b8d225e3eabc60ad476aabfa2d6ae9  Mipony-Installer.exe

du -sh Mipony-Installer.exe 
5.6M    Mipony-Installer.exe

it works.

Although it is not listed in the official downloads.
