[Bug 38492] vcrun2008 does not install via Winetricks under Kubuntu 15.04. Works in Kubuntu 14.04.

wine is version wine-1.6.2 for both Kubuntu 14.04 (works) and Kubuntu 15.04
(fails).

winetricks is 20150416 for Kubuntu 14.04
winetricks is 20140302 for Kubuntu 15.04 (older ?!?!)

based on this, should I upgrade to winetricks 20150416 in Kubuntu 15.04?

There is no terminal output.  I could attach screenshots of the GUI error
messages, but my initial post included the entirety of the GUI error messages.
