AVIStreamGetFrameOpen will return NULL if the required codec is not installed,
applications may blindly ignore that and try to pass an invalid PGETFRAME to
AVIStreamGetFrame which will return NULL as expected. Please attach a
+iccvid,+avifile,+msvideo,+winmm,+relay if possible, if relay messes it too
much attach without relay.
