Unable to say at this point. I have just added your repository but was then
only offered Wine 1.7.44. I installed anyway but received only Wine 1.6.2.

I installed CloneSpy 3.21 to test anyway, and sub-context menus certainly still
don't work there.

I managed to get Wine up to 1.7.44 by enabling unstable packages, but that was
as far as I could get - it's still not high enough to answer the question you
actually asked, and CloneSpy wouldn't even start. I'll start again from scratch
in a few weeks and see if I can get Wine 1.7.45 or higher.
