Initially yes, before I minimized that prerequisite into managed DirectX
recipe.

Recent 'winetricks' also has 'managed DirectX' recipe now:

Also your list of installed winetricks recipes is way too long.
Don't install them unless absolutely needed.
I didn't need any of them.
