After bug 30399 was fixed, the next issue is dash.exe crashes.

This is using setup-x86.exe, with no special options / extra packages, just the
default install the entire way through.

[austin at localhost ~]$ wine --version
wine-1.7.49-184-g5021e91
[austin at localhost ~]$ du -h setup-x86.exe 
816K    setup-x86.exe
[austin at localhost ~]$ sha1sum setup-x86.exe
