Not major, the bug reporting guidelines provide an exact definition for that
(see http://wiki.winehq.org/Bugs ).

Nevertheless, in this case its easy to fix, the function is expected to fail,
but returns the wrong error code, which confuses the application.

Michael already wrote a patch for it:
