I'm also not able to reproduce, wine 1.1.44 and 1.8-rc2. Maybe there is a
specific way to trigger the issue? What I did was to start a new game then menu
Commands -> Ship Design, press the button Copy Ship Design, then try to DnD
some parts from left to right.
