downloads and installs. I can run it and I get mouse/cursor issues as mentioned
in comment #1 (mouse is stuck holding the window, so if I move the mouse, the
window moves. Escape key will disable, but clicking any button in the app
re-enables that behavior).

I don't get the hal.dll crash though :/
