[Bug 15350] wrong keyboard layout in Tomb Raider Anniversary / Legend

Still a problem with wine-1.8-rc2-54-ge69d9ec.

> LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8

> $ grep xkb_layout /var/log/Xorg.0.log

Affected games :
 - Tomb raider Legend
 - Tomb raider Anniversary
 - Tomb raider Underworld
 - Lara croft and the guardian of light

These four games are using the same engine, but I guess that all apps using
dinput are affected. Still have to patch wine to get those keys behaves
correctly.
