[Bug 38778] Blade of Darkness demo hangs with a black screen on start

Confirm, this game demo works with 1.8-rc3... but the screen flickering. I am
not sure I use right word. It looks like two images: menu and game change one
other every 1/60 sec. Is it related to this bug or it is other issue?
